My Review: 5-Stars
The Waterfall Traveler by S.J. Lem is so good! S. J. Lem really knows how to tell a compelling story that grabs the reader from the first page. The cover is spectacular, and did a fantastic job getting me to investigate the book more. The writing is crisp and clean with just the right amount of detail to make you feel like you’re running through the action alongside the main character Ri.
Ri is wonderfully well-rounded as the main character and her ability to find trouble sets the tone in the first chapter. Even though The Waterfall Traveler is geared to mature young adults, I think this book is great for all ages. I enjoyed it, and my seven-year-old granddaughter is using the book for her 20 minute reading homework with anticipation every night. She’s loving the story.
I highly recommend this book to everyone who likes to read.
