My Review: 5-stars
I love the writing style of Fransisco. Meandering and easy to fall into the story with prose that just work. Poor Candice, no matter where she puts her feet, she is ankle deep in bad luck. Until she meats the only hunk-a-hunk of burning love in all of Portugal.
Nice little addition of some paranormal aspects, and I enjoyed how the horses are worked into the story. This is a nicely paced read with some good lovin’ mixed in for good measure. I enjoyed the characters, even the ones I didn’t like.
Lots of great mystery and intrigue with this story!
I recommend this book for anyone who loves romance and equine beings.
