A New Leaf for Summer

I’ve decided to get off my butt and make this blog what I truly want it to be. Somewhere people have fun, learn something new, get inspired to write, and find great books to read. If I build it, they will come. Right? Isn’t that the way it happens?

Starting the first Monday in July, I plan to post something new every Monday.

No Pressure Right?

The first Monday of every month will be an author interview with romance and erotica writers I know and trust will give you a good story. I like their stories, and I think you will too.

The second Monday of every month will be a writing prompt. A visual prompt will be provided and you are more than welcome to leave a flash of no more than 1,000 words in the comments. This will be a contest featuring the winning story on my blog.

The third Monday of every month will be an author interview with writers I know and trust from all genres. Sci-fi, short stories, thrillers…

The fourth Monday of every month will be Monday Madness week. I’ll be posting different things each month. An excerpt from a story I’m working on and re-blog things I find interesting. If the prompt idea does what I want, I would love to hold it as a contest and post the winner. Something random and different every month.

For the author interviews, I’ve given each writer 60 questions broken down into sub-categories: genre, writing, publishing, marketing, and a personal question. Author’s choice. They choose the questions, which means some writers may answer the same questions or a specific group of questions.
